Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK, Channel Island and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families, or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the draw.

2. In order to participate in the prize draw, eligible entrants must purchase and register a new retail Honda CB500F, CBR500R, NX500, CB650RAC and CBR650RAC (any year model, manual or DCT) between 1^st October 2024 and 31^st December 2024 inclusive. Subject to model and colour availability. Registrations made after 31^st December 2024 will not be included in the draw. Customers purchasing one of the above Honda models may enter the prize draw by submitting their details on the prize draw page in the Engine Room on the Honda UK website. The Honda dealer you purchased your Honda CB500F, CBR500R, NX500, CB650RAC and CBR650RAC from will be able to provide assistance in entering the prize draw.

3. There is one prize. The prize is a full refund of the ‘On the Road’ cash price paid by the winning entrant for the above listed motorcycle. The prize does not include additional accessories, service plans or clothing that may have been purchased at the time.

In the event that the winner has purchased their motorcycle on finance, they will be paid the ‘On The Road’ price as detailed in their finance agreement. The full amount will be paid into a bank account specified by the winner. No cash payments will be made.

4. The winner will be picked at random from the eligible entries that the Promoter has received, overseen by an independent judge and will be notified by Wednesday 15^th January 2025 using the contact details that person has provided. The winner’s prize shall be paid into the specified bank account within 5 (five) working days of the winner being notified.

5. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity including the use and publication of their surname and county of residence for promotional and marketing purposes.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject the entry of any person whose association with the Promoter or its products may, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, damage or cause detriment to the brand, reputation, standing or goodwill of the Promoter or any member of its group of companies or their products.

7. The decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions at any time by giving prior notice. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant's acceptance of any prize, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of entering or downloading any material relating to this prize draw. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion. By participating in the prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.

9. This Prize Draw Privacy Notice is provided by Honda Motor Europe Limited ("Honda", "we", "us", or "our"), whose registered office is at Cain Road, Binfield, Bracknell, RG12 1HL, in our capacity as organiser of the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) set out in the above terms and conditions ("Prize Draw T&Cs"). We are a 'controller' for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018 (collectively the "Data Protection Laws"). We understand that the security of your personal data is extremely important and we are committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. This Prize Draw Privacy Notice, together with our main Privacy Policy (which can be found at https://www.honda.co.uk/privacy.html containing more information about how we process your personal data and your rights under the Data Protection Laws), applies to you if you participate in our Prize Draw.

The details of our processing of your personal data for the Prize Draw are as below:

· We collect and process your name, telephone number and email address in order to register your entry in our Prize Draw.

· We are permitted to process your personal data on the basis that it is necessary for our performance of the contract you have agreed to enter with us (i.e. the Prize Draw T&Cs).  If you do not provide your information to us, we will not be able to register your entry in our Prize Draw.

If you are selected as the winner of the Prize Draw, we will contact you to notify you of this, ask you to confirm acceptance of the prize and verify your eligibility (e.g. confirm that you are over 18 years old) in line with our Prize Draw T&Cs. After completing this process, we require the location of your home address (city or county) to provide you with the Prize and because we are obliged to make the winner's name and location (city or county) available on our website https://www.honda.co.uk and/or to people requesting that information in accordance with the Prize Draw T&Cs and to comply with the requirements under the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the "CAP Code"). As provided in the CAP Code, the winner can object to us publishing or making available the name or reduce the amount of information published or made available. In order to contact us on this, please email us huk.customer.database.manager@honda-eu.com. Please note that this does not affect our obligation to provide the relevant information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority, the UK's regulator of advertising, if required to do so.

Terms and Conditions

New retail CBR500R 24YM (all variants) ordered with Honda and finance approved by Honda Finance Europe from 01 October 2024 to 30 November 2024 and registered by 30 November 2024.

*OTR may be subject to change due to actual or unexpected changes in tariffs, duties taxes or other costs which may affect importation or other costs of supply. Subject to model and colour availability.

Offers applicable at participating dealers and are at the promoter's absolute discretion (excluding Channel Islands). 

**9.9% APR Representative Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)  Representative example based on 3 years 9.9% PCP. Excess mileage rate applies. Final payment includes £10 option to purchase fee. Maximum customer deposit 30%. At the end of the agreement, there are three options: i) Retain: Pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle, ii) Return: Return the vehicle, or iii) Renew: Part exchange your Honda for a new one. You do not have to pay the Final Payment if you return the bike at the end of the agreement and you have paid all other amounts due, the bike is in good condition and has been serviced in accordance with the Honda service book and the maximum annual mileage has not been exceeded. Excess mileage charge includes VAT at current rate.

**9.9% APR Representative Honda Hire Purchase (HP) Representative Example based on 3 years 9.9% HP; £10 option to purchase fee applies. Honda Hire Purchase (HP): At the end of the agreement, once the option to purchase fee [if applicable] has been paid you will own the vehicle outright, you could then choose to part exchange your Honda for a new one.  

Indemnities may be required in certain circumstances. Finance is only available to persons aged 18 or over, subject to status. All figures are correct at time of publication but may be subject to change. Honda Franchise Dealers are credit brokers, not lenders. As the dealer offers products from a limited number of carefully selected finance providers, they are not independent financial advisors.
